- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Brought my bearded dragon in and sat there for an hour not being told anything about what was going on or if I was able to leave or anything. No one was at the desk we had to look for them to ask what was going on. I've never been to this vets office before but this was a very bad first impression to say the least. Communication is key and I felt completely lost here. The fact that I even had to ask why I was still sitting there is pretty ridiculous. I never saw a vet, my dragon was taken minutes into me being there and tests were being run before I even stated what was wrong with her and consented to treatment at all. Then I got a bill that said $193 but I was charged $350 but where did that number come from? This experience is leaving a bad feeling in my stomach. After all the good reviews and recommendations I received about this place I'm wondering why I had such a bad experience here.March 17, 2017by Lexxi Lee
