  She was terrible to deal with when my rabbit had to go under for surgery. I had an appointment and waited for about an hour before they told me she couldn't see me and to leave my rabbit with them overnight. The next day no one called and when I called, no one could tell me what was going on. No updates at all what so ever. I called a number of times throughout the day and ended up showing up at the vet after I got off work. When the young interns (high schoolers?) couldn't tell me where my rabbit was, I called my regular vet who called Dr. April and Dr. April proceeded to call me and yell at me on the phone saying that she had my rabbit on the table right now and by me calling constantly I'm distracting her and she can make a mistake. If someone had let me know that my rabbit was in surgery, I wouldn't have had to call my vet in the first place.
